The Team
An experienced retail operations and sales specialist. A previous Digicel head of retail for Jamaica and Panama, as well as head of ICT Outbound sales and delivery for Digicel Haiti and Digicel group operations manager responsible for rollouts, merchandising and audits across all 32 countries. Transcendence partners are responsible for the retail estate rollout for Aliv Bahamas across all Islands as well as recruitment of retail teams, training and development, sales strategy and all operational processes. She has also rolled out operational and retail estates for various companies in Europe, Africa and Asia.

A previous Digicel group construction manager, who was responsible for rolling out new retail locations and upgrades of stores across the Caribbean, Latin America, and South Pacific markets over the past 15 years. Prince is also a private construction consultant and support specialist for various businesses including Aliv Bahamas. He is also the CEO and owner of PE and Son Innovation limited; a subsidiary construction company of Transcendence.
