Transcendence Holdings Limited was founded by Tj Robinson and Prince Esson, who have successfully collaborated since 2009. The agency delivers international commercial services, including design, high-resolution 3D renderings, architectural and technical drawings, construction project management, and retail fixture design and manufacturing. Recognized as leaders in retail rollout solutions, we provide clients with a comprehensive 360° portfolio across diverse markets such as Guyana, USVI, Cayman, Bermuda, The Bahamas, and Ghana.

In Jamaica, Transcendence also operates a dedicated construction team, partnering extensively with the Digicel Foundation on educational and community initiatives, as well as Digicel retail projects and private residential developments. Collectively, Tj and Prince bring over 70 years of expertise in retail operations, design, sales, construction, and project management, with a proven track record of delivering rollouts in more than 35 countries. Our team core team has expanded with the addition of our Creative Director, Reece, who heads up all graphics, renders and IT processes along with Jennifer, our experienced Project support associate.
The Team
Tj is a Retail Operations and Construction Specialist with over 30 years of international experience and certification as a PMBOK PMP Project Manager. She has delivered retail and construction projects in 35+ countries across telecommunications, fashion, furniture, hardware, and food. As CEO she has led major retail transformations for operators such as Digicel, VIYA, ONE Communications, Aliv Bahamas, GTT Guyana, and Vodafone Uganda, launching flagship stores, IT labs, experience centres, and pop-ups. She has also supported brand development and expansion in markets like Myanmar and Haiti. Her background includes senior roles with IKEA, Tesco Extra, and The Gap, combining global insight with operational excellence.
Prince is a dynamic Construction Project Manager with over 25 years of international experience delivering multi-million-dollar projects across the Caribbean, Latin America, and other regions. He specializes in full project lifecycle management, budget oversight, and directing multidisciplinary construction teams to meet timelines, scope requirements, and high-quality standards. Prince has contributed to major telecommunications, retail, and infrastructure initiatives for clients such as Digicel, GTT, VIYA, Aliv Bahamas, and Paymaster. His extensive portfolio includes retail estate redesigns, corporate rebranding programs, and new market rollouts across more than 32 territories, demonstrating strong technical leadership and operational excellence.

A previous Digicel group construction manager, who was responsible for rolling out new retail locations and upgrades of stores across the Caribbean, Latin America, and South Pacific markets over the past 15 years. Prince is also a private construction consultant and support specialist for various businesses including Aliv Bahamas. He is also the CEO and owner of PE and Son Innovation limited; a subsidiary construction company of Transcendence.

Jennifer Spence-Silvera is an experienced educator and program Project Support development specialist with over 18 years of leadership in education, literacy, and special needs inclusion. She has led initiatives across Jamaica, improving access to quality education through partnerships with government, corporate, and international agencies.
